Any time you purchase a Stonery piece , you have the right to use it for 30 days to determine whether it is satisfactory and whether you want to keep it. If you decide that it is not satisfactory, you may return your purchase.You will be offered a choice of replacement, full credit towards the purchase of another product or a refund of your full purchase price.

Simply email Info@thestonery.com.au to notify us of the items you will be returning and we will provide you with our returns address. 

Unfortunately we cannot offer exchange or refund for international orders.

Sale items can be returned for online store credit only, this includes any items purchased with a discount/sale code. We do not offer refund on sale items so please choose carefully. 

Return postage is the customer’s responsibility. Make sure to keep your return tracking as we are not responsible for lost returns.

Items must be in original condition and undamaged

 All orders can be cancelled. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours of purchase. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
