We aim to have all items posted within 3 business days after order. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order has been processed. Please respect that we are a small team, and at times of high volumes of order we may run a day or two behind.

Shipping within Australia is estimated at 3-5 working days. 

International shipping can take between 1-3 weeks depending on location.

Customs duties are at the cost of the buyer. 

We use Australia Post to send our goods to you, sometime items can take a little longer due to matters out of our control. 

SHIPPING TO OVER 200 COUNTRIES

We Use Australia Posts Premium fast trackable shipping service for our international orders. 

However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.

LOST/MISSING PACKAGES

The Stonery are not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process.

Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order

Please make sure there is a safe place where the parcel can be left if it cant be received in person. We can not account for the loss of parcels that have been declared as delivered by a shipping provider.

If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility for the original order that was made form you at no charge.

We can purchase Insurance to cover the delivery process. Please contact us within 12 hours of ordering if you like to purchase insurance for your parcel.
